PUPPY PURCHASE PROCESS

To join our waitlist for a future puppy, a non-refundable $100 waitlist fee is required. This fee reserves your place in line.

Please remember that all waitlist/reservation fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

Our waitlist operates in strict order, similar to a queue. When it is your turn to choose a puppy, you may either select from the available puppies or choose to pass and wait for a future litter. If you pass, your position remains in line and the next available family will have the option to select. All waitlist fees can be moved to any future litter.

Puppy availability depends entirely on successful pregnancies and litter size, so timing and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Once litters are born and it is your turn to choose, we will provide photos and updates once puppies are healthy and thriving. At that time, a $300 non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold your selected puppy. This fee is applied toward the total purchase price. If the puppy you picked were to pass away after you placed a deposit on him or her, we would refund the deposit to you, or credit that deposit towards a pup on the next litter.

After you have made your reservation on the puppy of your choice, we will send updated pictures once a week as they grow.

Your puppy will be ready to go home after 8-10 weeks of being with us. You are expected to pay for any additional transport costs or travel fees that may be required to pickup your puppy.

You can pick your puppy up at our home

We can meet you at the closest airport so you can fly home with your puppy

we can ship them with a trusted flight nanny (this is our preferred shipping method if you can not pick up in person)

ground transportation (transported by vehicle)

The final payment is due in cash if picking up your puppy in person. If your puppy is being shipped the remaining balance is due 1 week before the puppy travel's.

All waitlist/reservation fees that you have paid go towards the total puppy price.

Bringing home a puppy is an exciting time. We provide lifetime breeder support and are always available to answer questions and offer guidance throughout your puppy’s life. We also love receiving updates as your puppy grows.
